Double Fraud by shared regulatory services and taxi licensing, Bridgend Taxis well beaten, democracy takes a turn for the worse in Bridgend Wales as vital info either not given or not reported, folks

Am_i_not_a_man_of_me_word_mr_smee

Daniel Cook creates his own democracy and removed BIT proposal document again we can report. Like something out of Peter Pan and captain Hook that special crook

Artie_you_cant_touch_this.gif

The report by Daniel Cook deliberately excludes a recognized taxi trade method to calculate the costs for a taxi driver in rural Wales,

giphyewhghgjhyk

Adopted in more than one borough as it turns out-

http://mg.swdevon.gov.uk/documents/s2424/Appendix%20B%20-%20Taxi%20Fare%20Setting%20Policy.pdf

A formula that covers every aspect of taxi costs for the taxi trade divided by 18,000 empty miles with 5 calculations to that formula including taxi insurance costs and licensing and taxi badge costs, to reach a true costs calculation today in your borough to avoid being knocked out by an inventive report irrelevant to the taxi trade, by a crooked Policy officer of shared regulatory services, was Mr Nelson’s opinion after looking at the simple facts that the content has been removed. BIT senior Partner said he was of the opinion it was a vexatious act of further suppression by BCBC and potentially Cabinet with shared regulatory services in cahoots

Mr Cook and licensing have been ignoring Mr Nelson as a result. A fact communicated to the Council only yesterday. As many know this is not the first time they have done it. A subject recognised in the news youtube uploads covered earlier

1200x630bb.png

Daniel Cook yet again removes the formula, and the wording, and gets totally inventive to squash Drive. BIT Senior Partner said he was not surprised at all

Daniel Cook slaughters those that did not check their facts or use the taxi formula

Even the Bridgend Taxi drives that talked of fuel going up, but did not look back or do their taxi economic home work, will be under the knife for getting it wrong

Fact is the last time fare increase went up the fuel cost were high or near today’s levels subject to where you get fuel, as many well know

The new report has some interesting wording, but it refuses to take those calculations and add them to the BIT formula or somerset formula with the explanations that support those costs with their result giving a true mileage rate

4.11 The AA Motoring Costs report shows that for a vehicle costing £17,000 when new,
the running costs per mile (based on 30,000 miles per year) has decreased from
31.8p per mile in 2011 to 30.7p per mile in 2014 (the latest figures available). It
should be noted that this reduction is largely due to fuel costs which may rise going
forward.

4.12 The AA British Insurance Premium Index shows that the average annual car
insurance premium has risen from £612.19 in 2011 to £660.64 in 2018, an increase
of 8%. The table below contains data from each year since the previous tariff
increase.

The AA British Insurance Premium Index shows that the average annual car

It should be noted that this table contains data using risks representative of the
insurance buying public for private vehicles, as it was not possible to find definitive
information specific to vehicles used for hire and reward. The prices listed are not
representative of the cost of insuring a hackney carriage or private hire vehicle but
provide an indication of the price variation of car insurance over this period.
Anecdotally, drivers have informed the Licensing Department that their annual
insurance premiums range between £1,000 and £4,000.

This was not in the learned Policy officers report

1. Government’s April published annual average earnings figure
2. Average of the AA pence per mile total for standing charges and running costs in
respect of petrol cars £25,000 to £32,000 and for diesel cars £26,000 to £36,000
both based on an average of 30,000 miles per annum.
3. Additional taxi insurance premium, over and above the AA insurance figure, currently
approx £1,300.
4. The cost of a Council taxi drivers badge and vehicle licence.
5. Dead mileage figure, it is thought that given the nature of Hackney Carriage work in a
large rural area like South Somerset, then this figure should be set at 40% of the total
annual mileage, in this case 18,000. 40% is also the figure that is generally
considered reasonable by HMRC.
1+2+3+4+5
The Taxi calculation
Based upon the above criteria, the calculation would be as follows:
27,456 + 12480 + 1300 + 458 divided by 18000 (dead miles) = £2.31 per mile.

37789523_2206112616289536_3230141235695976448_n
These numbers are based on removing the numbers in red for Bridgend taxi licensing fees and current insurance costs. However the calculation talks of licensing getting quotes to arrive at a figure, When Daniel Cook talks of £1,000 to £4,000 for insurance, if you were to take a more realistic figure of  say 50% of that £4000 you will have a higher mileage rate as you will have to replace the £1300 to £2000 0r more in fact

    Dear Sir
Please find enclosed a link which talks about your report
The report has not calculated on the numbers.
So you got a broad cost of taxi insurance which indicates very few pay £1,000 for a new car
    Therefore your calculation is incomplete
I have added a link below so you can make the adjustments and see what your report should rely say if you did not go crooked in accounting my proposal sent you in 2017.
    Yours sincerely

      Good afternoon
I have today sent an email to Mr Cook who still remains in hiding. I have also sent a cc to Yvonne Witchell
      What a gay day
Below is a link that gives more information on this interesting report that suggests taxi insurance is £4000 or as low as £1,000,
Seems to me Mr Cook has added insurance in which could see a calculation of some £4000 never calculated by shared regulatory services before. In fact there is no calculations on how insurance for taxis has increased over the years. Or at least since his last report where cabinet rejected fares because of false accounting. As Mr Cook is based in Cardiff one would think that the increases already reported for insurance would see him exclude that fact also for more favorable suggestions that taxi fares should not go up
Maybe some £40 per week not accounted prior
I see no mention that the minimum wage has gone up 23% since the last rather poor and misleading report was published prior to the Cabinet meeting by shared regulatory services.
These poor standards are definitely detrimental to me as a taxi driver, never mind the rest of the taxi drivers out there.
crooked is a narrow path that winds into a crooked path all the way
      Yours Sincerely
      D Nelson
This email will be published in the public domain for the record to show
      lousy fare setting policy

        Good evening
I have uploaded some edits to the website since my last email.
On it you will see another council that has also adopted the modern true calculation
In fact they call it a Fare setting method policy
Its the same formula or method in fact, that you denied the public of Mr Cook. I am assuming you would go into the Dragons den with no facts to support your proposal? It appears you need to brush up on the modern world and methods that show your departments to be years behind
        Yours Sincerely
        D Nelson
