Bridgend Licensing still in Denial like the guilty party in court playing games to save his or her ass like an ignaramous?

'My client pleads not guilty by reason of still being in denial.'

After several weeks of denial Yvonne Witchell and the shared regulatory services are still unable to comment on their obvious dishonest removal of the taxi fare formula supplied to all concerned at BCBC on the 18th of April last year which they signed for, which continues to leave the taxi trade out of pocket and well below the national taxi fare average.

Weeks ago she wrote officers will be in touch with you shortly to discuss the fare proposals submitted to Cabinet. When challenged after waiting she does not reply like an ignaramous in office?

The logic behind this denial or not guilty plea is obvious as all guilty parties are now judged guilty with unfair practices by those in office responsible for this obvious crime to the taxi trade, now going on for several years which they cannot deny at this time, as a result of the taxi trade being left delibretly hanging to this day for peanuts with a day taxi tariff, that many in other boroughs see as ridiculous in 2017 .

Let us not kid ourselves ladies and gentlemen the matter is despicaple behaviour of those in office that force taxi drivers to work for peanuts or in many cases below minimum wage with out of date policies and taxi fares

We again look at the logic behind this shared regulatory services that seems to be linked in with taxi drivers of 3 Boroughs and Bridgend taxi drivers slavery to a tariff far too cheap for sanity or running costs under the circumstances.

As you now recently there was talk of vehicle policy and MOT change.

There was mention for the potential for drivers to buy better vehicles within their budget which could also include wheel chair vehicles.

What appears to be ridiculous is that fact the 3 Boroughs are so far apart in taxi fares. How Bridgend Cabinet expect taxi drivers to spend on a budget best for them if the fares charged are far too low compared to The Vale of Glamorgan and Cardiff.

Let’s compare says BIT Partner

Vale of Glamorgan 194 in the national table up to 2 miles. Rural borough.

Cardiff 221 in the national farel table up to 2 miles. City

Bridgend 320 in the national fare table up to 2 miles. Rural borough

BCBC continue to have no logic and so does the shared regulatory services and as a result continue to treat the Bridgend taxi trade as if they are stupid, as if on trial on a guilty charge which they remain in denial over.

The fact of the matter BCBC continue to play games and move at a slow or glacial pace with the Bridgend taxi trade, as they are quite aware they have manipulated the last fare proposal to surpress the Bridgend taxi trade yet again, and thus still remain without comment for their obvious negligence that many local taxi drivers see as a crime at this time, like a guilty man that does not want to admit he is guilty.

Bridgend licensing continue to give the Bridgend taxi driver the brush off to beat the guilty verdict.

BIT PARTNER’s say to licensing and the shared regulatory services as well as BCBC Cabinet:

Below a recent news posted on facebook – BIT NEWS, that licensing acknowledged receiving as Yvonne Withchell and all the rest play with taxi drivers futures as usual as if Bridgend taxis drivers don’t matter, as they must consider them without brains or logic

Good morning from Bridgend’s only taxi news

Today we look at the logic behind this shared regulatory services that seems to be linked in with taxi drivers of 3 Boroughs.

As you now recently there was talk of vehicle policy and MOT change.

There was mention for the potential for drivers to buy better vehicles within their budget which could also include wheel chair vehicles.

What appear to be ridiculous is that fact the 3 Boroughs are so far apart in taxi fares. How Bridgend Cabinet expect taxi drivers to spend on a budget best for them if the fares charged are far too low compared to The Vale of Glamorgan and Cardiff.

Cardiff 221 in the national farel table up to 2 miles. City

Bridgend 320 in the national fare table up to 2 miles. Rural borough

BCBC continue to have no logic and so does the shared regulatory services.

The fact of the matter BCBC continue to play games with the Bridgend taxi trade as they are quite aware they have manipulated the last fare proposal to surpress the Bridgend taxi trade and remain without comment for the failures to date like a guilty man that does not want to admit he is guilty.
